Visa/Mastercard
*This estimate does not include survey certificates, title
insurance, strata corporation charges, property transfer tax charges
or insurance agent charges. Additional fees may be billed for short
deadline closings, mortgages that require multiple debt payouts or
extra services required in order to close a more complex real estate
transaction. Paying out credit cards or creditor accounts at
Lender’s request: $95.00 per payout.
*assuming standard transaction, representing major Canadian
chartered banks. Additional fees for quick closings. Additional fees
apply for home or hospital appointments. We reserve the right to
charge higher prices if the particular task is more complex than is
normally encountered.
